The aim of this workshop is to provide you with the knowledge, understanding and confidence to treat yourself and your family with herbs commonly grown in your garden or easily purchased from the local store.  It is available as a four day workshop delivered over two separate weekends or in self-contained modules of two to three hour duration.  You learn about the healing properties of different herbs and ingredients from your garden and pantry, how to process herbs for home use, how to treat a number of common first aid problems, minor infections and diseases.  You can take  home a number of preparations that you make yourself. 

A detailed workshop manual is provided containing information about each of the herbs and substances mentioned, how to process and use them and a therapeutic index explaining how to treat many common conditions.
